Each suite combined 3 of the old suites to
encompass one large penthouse. Each of these consisted of 2 bedrooms and
bathrooms, one common use bathroom, entry foyer, a great room with a dining
area and living area, and a kitchen. Kitchen is made out of a custom laid up
sequence matched zebrawood that has been matched from the base cabinets to the
upper cabinets. The rest of the space is made up of a slip matched quartered
white oak, finished with a slight stain and finished off with a pickled liming.
This sequenced matched paneling occurs at the hallway corridors at each
bedroom, focal walls in each bedroom, foyer soffit panels, and at the dining
room. At the dining room the panels into the entry of the second bedroom these
panels hide a pocket door. Also included by SMI in this project are all of the
doors and frames. |
